As a level 4 Employee you will be scheduled 5-days a week. Your schedule will vary week to week depending our client’s needs. You will be on-call 1 of the 2-days that you are not scheduled. To be paid for 30-hours you must work all the hours you are assigned including  any on call hours assigned to you. If  the reason you have not worked 30-hours was because you were not available, you will only be paid for the hours you actual work.  You will also be guaranteed one-weekend off every 6-weeks.
